1. Provider and scope
The provider is KST Projekt 8510 Stainz GmbH. Confirmed operator and contact details appear in the legal notice. The specific contractual offer and target markets still need to be defined; describing a planned feature alone does not include it in a purchase.
2. Analysis services
The specific offer and agreed data rights define the services owed. The platform provides analyses and rule tests, not personalised investment advice, order execution or asset management. Historical tests and AI output may contain errors and do not promise profits.
3. Account and use
Keep login credentials confidential and use only authorised data and products. Do not bypass access controls or distribute protected data, private rules or others’ content without permission.
4. Templates and licenses
Published standard versions remain immutable originals. Studio and Legacy Enterprise users can derive private, editable copies. Other product licenses permit only the expressly granted use and editing; they do not automatically transfer ownership or resale rights.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation and guarantee
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with seven days’ notice effective at the end of the paid monthly or yearly period. A voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee for the paid subscription amount starts when you first enter into a paid subscription. Refund requests may be sent to office@myxchart.com. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. The seller, total price including applicable taxes and remaining contract details must be established before a binding order. Billing and invoicing for the platform services are handled by KST Projekt 8510 Stainz GmbH.
6. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. No blanket release of the operator from liability is agreed. Final liability, change and dispute provisions must fit the actual offer; no exclusive court venue for consumers is imposed here.
7. Founder programme and funding contribution
The one-time Founder contribution supports the establishment and continued development of myXchart, server operations and data provision. It creates neither an ownership interest in a company nor an entitlement to a financial return. Applying is not a purchase. A Founder place is allocated only after approval and payment. The voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions does not apply to the Founder contribution; statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Studio access and AI credits
“Lifetime” means studio access for the entire period during which the service operates, without subscription fees. New studio tools are included after release. A one-time allocation of 3,000 AI credits is included, with no monthly allocations. Further AI credits can be purchased separately.
9. Founder price tiers
The Founder programme has four price tiers. The tier applicable to your place is confirmed separately. Applying guarantees neither a specific price nor a specific tier and does not trigger a payment. The confirmed tier and payment information communicated later apply.

10. Permanent discontinuation of the service
To the extent permitted by law, permanent discontinuation of the service alone does not create an additional contractual entitlement to repayment of the Founder contribution already used to finance the platform. Statutory rights of withdrawal, remedies for lack of conformity, termination and resulting refunds remain unaffected. Describing the payment as a funding contribution does not exclude these rights.
